These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hardware, a Discord bot operated by Hardware Productions ("We", "Us"). By using Hardware, you agree to these terms.

1) Use of the Service

Hardware is provided to assist with Roblox account verification and related features within supported Discord servers. You agree to use this bot only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of use of both Discord and Roblox.

2) Prohibited Activities

When using Hardware, you agree not to: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot, its API, databases, or supporting infrastructure. - Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or attempt to extract the bot's source code or stored data except where permitted by applicable law. - Circumvent of interfere with authentication, verification, security, or rate limiting features. - Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unindented behaviours for personal gain or to disrupt the service. - Send excessive, automated, or malicious requests intended to degrade or interrupt the service. - Use Hardware in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the bot or its associated services.

3) Availability

Hardware is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hardware Productions may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. Hardware Productions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

4) Suspension and Termination

Hardware Productions reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to Hardware for any user or server that violates these Terms or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the service

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hardware Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Hardware.

6) Changes and Modifications

Hardware productions may modify these terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of Hardware after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
